Based on the your postcode - your business is not eligible for Broadband4Devon support. However, some businesses are still eligible for expert, independent ICT advice from Broadband4Devon. This guidance may be supported by small subsidies to assist your business growth. The details of what could be available to you are outlined below:

Broadband4Devon ICT Advice and Subsidies

Broadband4Devon, through the Catalyst4Growth programme, provides expert, independent ICT advice - at no cost to the business. This guidance and information may be supported by subsidies at the discretion of the ICT Advisor.

Examples of the subsidy levels are given below:

Minimum Spend: This is the amount of money (excluding VAT and delivery) your business will spend on the ICT upgrade. This figure has to be exceeded, with proof submitted, before the subsidy is paid.

Subsidy: This is the amount of money (gross) you will receive as a result of a successful claim.

To apply for a subsidy you need to provide the following information:

1) Justification letter

1. What you want (e.g. a website).
2. Why you want it (e.g. to improve your visibility to potential clients and/or act as another means for existing clients to access your services).
3. What it will do for your business, including any evidence you have to substantiate this (e.g. increase turnover, potentially take on new staff to administrate web enquiries).
4. Why you require Broadband4Devon's assistance in this matter.
5. 5. If the quote you would like to use out of those supplied is not the cheapest, your justification for preferring this quote (e.g. already have ongoing relationship with developer / supplier. If you only supply one quote we need to know the reason for this.

2) Requirements Document

A letter from you to the suppliers detailing what you want to achieve. It is from this 'specification' that your quotations are written by your chosen suppliers. (valid for spend < £15,000).

3) Three Quotations

Three written quotations for the goods and services you intend to purchase.

Broadband4Devon will NOT FUND: Printers, CRT displays, photocopiers, digital cameras, simple 'brochure' web sites, single PCs.
