Who is Broadband4Devon?
Broadband4Devon was launched in November 2003 as the result of a partnership between Devon County Council, SWRDA, Business Link, BT, North Devon College, Plymouth College of Further Education, the Universities of Exeter and Plymouth, and the Devon and Cornwall Business Council.
